Splatter Painting, the new tradition for modern artists
Winding up with the body charged full of energy ready to release the creative emotional spirit to capture the moment brings me to a humbling realization that my focus has expanded and the spirit that has come over me possesses me explore the essence that allows me to make this stroke of the brush, but we know what it is, we know how to use it.
Before I throw paint, my body and mind prepares. I begin to meditate, as if I am praying to the Highest God, walking around looking at my canvas, placing my paints, and gathering the water that will bless my paint and drip from my brush.
As you read this, I don’t know if you like throwing paint or even if you have done it, but wonder what it will be like to find yourself really being joyfully overcome with delightfulness as you see the amazing creation in front of you.
Oil painting was used by many 100 of years ago and has seduced many that just having an painting painted in oil is worth more and has more value. A paint never determines the value. What gives the paint any meaning is the artist behind the brush. Before an oil tube is even touched by the artist, the oil is useless. But follow along while you think about what I just said, and image using your whole body to exercise you creative spirit where your canvas trembles as you prepare to leave your marking on it. Your limbs are loosely relaxed as you wonder about how you will throw your paint in an artistic rage only to feel the calm and blissful peace after you have made you marks.
You can rest peacefully know that you expressed yourself correctly.
But never mind all that, I just think that you’ll feel that it’s worthwhile. And we can conclude that no matter how powerfully natural it feels, the learning you give to it is something personal. But just because your feeling excited doesn’t mean that this is for you.
